Hunters off the edge
If there's a huge drop handy, the best challenge with a Hunter has to be this. Lead him towards the edge, then sidestep his final swipe and watch him plummet to his death. Excellent!
If there are two of them at once, your footwork had better be extra fancy; but yes, it's quite possible to make them both go off the edge one at a time. You might even make them go off simultaneously; but you'll probably need a lot of perseverance to achieve that.
Where can you do this? One place would be the grav-lift area in 'The Truth and Reconciliation' (Hunters turn up at the end of the battle). Another is where you meet Hunters in a cavern in 'Assault on the Control Room'. But there are more places besides.
